ORDER FULFILLMENT ... RocketFire is the ammo factory and NOT a warehouse. There is no ammo on our sheves ... only powder, brass, lead and other stuff that is used to make the best rounds we can. Sometimes, the materials we need to make your ammo to our exacting standards is slow to arrive and sometimes orders are simply too massive for our system. When this happens, it might take a couple of weeks or longer to get your ammo on it's way. There is a REFUND button on our screen that we can click for you any time. Just send us an email to ammo@rocketfire.biz and ask if you can't wait any longer. We will be disappointed that you will not be firing RocketFire ammo, but we understand and are sorry that we couldn't make your ammo any faster.
Ammo in the USA is shipped by UPS Ground. You will get an email from RocketFire when we get your order and another (with a tracking number) when it goes out.

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS ... Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES ... You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
